Graduated of University of Applied Science in Esslingen, faculty of electronics and informatics.

Has many years of experiences in R&D and development of control and visualization systems and application and productmanagment for optical sensors.

In Pilz Pilz GmbH & Co. KG since 1996, initially in product management, for 12 years responsible for the Pilz product portfolio. In 2008 took over responsibility for international sales  as a Vice president. Since 2017  Senior Manager in Innovations management, responsible for bringing the experience of technology and markets for future work.

Chairman in the German ZVEI for safety technology, deputy chairman in the Smart Factory KL, contact and interface for ARENA 2036 and member of several program committees for Industry 4.0.
